Each room is set up for what children can do next.
Babies in Seeds stay with the same teachers, who give each one individual attention. They learn and explore in a room set up for safety, so an infant can move, reach, and rest while adults stay close. Families can ask about daily reports and feeding schedules.
Toddlers in Sprouts explore and discover in ways that help them grow. The room gives them space to move, try things, and practice doing more on their own. Teachers stay nearby and follow each child's pace. Ask about nap routines and toilet learning.
Blossoms uses play-based learning so children grow to love learning. Four- and five-year-olds choose interest areas, build, pretend, and work on projects with friends. Teachers guide without taking over. Ask about the daily schedule and what to pack.
Aftercare runs at Martha B. Day and Samuel R. Donald schools, in collaboration with the district. WTB students ride a district bus to SRD. Older students, Kindergarten to First Grade, use the gym, while PreK-3 and PreK-4 children work in the art classroom. Ask about pickup times.
Summer Camp at Bloomingdale Day Care mixes education with fun. Children enjoy activities planned for the summer months. They play outside on the playgrounds, make art, and do projects together. The camp creates lasting memories for little ones. You can ask about the daily schedule and what to pack.
Our aftercare program remains open until 6:00 p.m. on all school days, including half – days.
